You Can Help Shape Public Education in Georgia! Monday, January 01, 1900 12:00:00 AM
Don't Miss Your Opportunity to Touch the Future of Public Education in Georgia!
Do you wonder what public education in Georgia will look like in the future? Do you wish you could share your ideas on what will be needed to educate our students to be the best they can be and compete across the world? Do you want to help set the tone for quality education in your district?
Now is the time, and we need your input! A Vision for Public Education in Georgia is crafting an outline for what our educational system should look like and offer to our students, and you can help us with your ideas. The more you can engage your community, the better this vision will become. All input is welcome - school board members, superintendents, administrators, teachers, parents, students, business partners, elected officials, community members - we want to hear from everyone, because a strong public education system makes a difference in each community!
Here's how you can provide input:
- Go to the website section on Draft Reports and complete the Feedback Form
- On the front page of the website, click on the icon for a General Feedback Form
- Visit us on Facebook, become a Fan, and start posting your ideas! Also, you can encourage your friends to become Facebook fans and help share this message!
- Connect with us via Twitter!
To see the process in action, please attend the next meeting of the Vision Project Planning and Design team on September 21 and 22 at the Gwinnett County Schools central office. This meeting is open to the public, so encourage your friends and associates to attend as well!
Help us shape a bright future for our children. Add your own vision to the Vision for Public Education in Georgia, and help engage your community in this wonderful project!
